Frintroper Höhe
Walk from the hill down into Läppkes Mühlbach Valley
When you approach Essen from the northwest, you come to a new, hilly landscape. From Frintroper Höhe you already get an inkling of the sweeping view into the Rhine Valley awaiting you. The route runs downhill through a small valley to the Läppkes Mühlenbach stream.

Follow Frintroper Straße, then turn half-left into Frintroper Knappen, left into Frintroper Höhe, and follow the strip of green on the right
