Eigenheim Estate in the Moltke Quarter
Part of the green Moltke Quarter; houses and gardens were planned as one unit
The Eigenheim estate is part of the Moltke Quarter and was built from 1910 onwards with a very high standard for that time by a housing association founded by municipal civil servants. The gardens and front gardens were also an integral part of the planning. On a slight incline, Schnutenhausstraße leads into the centre of the green Moltke Quarter.

From the Essen Süd S stop
200 m to the Moltke Quarter
Follow Rellinghauser Straße to the southeast, then turn left into Schnutenhausstraße
